At Mistree Luxury your satisfaction is our signature. We take pride in the quality of our fragrances, and weâre here to ensure your experience is smooth and fulfilling. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
â Â Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Opened or used perfume bottles
Items purchased on sale (unless damaged)
Gift cards or promotional items
đ Return Request Process
1. Email us at "care@mistreeluxury.com" within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your Order Number, Photo of the item, and a brief explanation.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instruction.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
đž Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5â7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.
đ Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
